D-A Vaihtolaite is Diesel-Asennus Oy (Business-ID 1055619-2) maintained online store, which sells products and services to businesses. Product prices include VAT. We withhold the right to change prices, shipping costs and to modify these terms of delivery without prior notice.
D-A Vaihtolaite does not cover damages that are caused by force majeure. Force majeure is thought to be unexpected thing which we cannot account for or be prepared, something that is over D-A Vaihtolaite capabilities to manage. D-A Vaihtolaite is required to inform clients in the event of force majeure as fast as possible.
Products are ordered from online stores homepage by moving them to shopping basket and by paying for contents of shopping basket in checkout. All customer information is confidential and handled as such. Contact information asked during ordering process will not be used in anything else but shipping products to customer and if any obscurities arise. When ordering from our online store you are required to have gotten to know and agreed upon our terms of delivery in effect at the time.
Products and product prices
Product prices are shown during product view. Our product pricing includes VAT. Tax differentiation from total price will be shown in shopping basket and in order confirmation. Clearly under priced products will not be sold for the price shown.
Business clients can ask for billing address.
Klarna checkout is a service, where your order (private or business) can be paid through bill, online bank ID or by a debit/credit card. Clients creditworthiness is checked during this process.

Packaging and handling fees depend on chosen shipping method and will be automatically added to orders total price.
Shipping methods include: Nouto, Posti and Matkahuolto. You can choose shipping method during order process.
We will ship your ordered products as fast as possible, usually during 24 hours after receiving your order. If something in your order is out of stock we will be in contact with you.

Fixing faulty products
If shipped product is faulty, you can make a fault claim for product and leave it as a customer return to POSTI. You do not have pay any fees. When doing this we will as do you wish for a refund or a product that matches the one you have returned. We ask that you inform us with your bank account number if you wish for a monetary refund.
D-A Vaihtolaite e-commerce reserves all rights to verify products reclamations
Groundless service expenses will be claimed in its entirety from customer, who has without a doubt sent their product to warranty service. Expenses will be calculated according to our current rates.
Product repair or replacement
If warranty inspection notices a manufacturing or material defect, product will primarily be repaired under warranty. Place for repairing is specified by manufacturer if needed.
Proprietary rights of products moves to client when contract price has been paid in full.
Commercial treaty between business clients and Diesel-Asennus Oy is primarily adhered to in these contract terms and other partly for Finnish Sales of goods act.
